Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Lead scientific oversight of Phase IIIb/IV trials and complex non-interventional studies across global medical affairs.
* Develop study concepts, protocols, and reports; guide analysis, interpretation, and publication of results.
* Drive integrated evidence planning to support product strategy and demonstrate medicine value.
* Engage with global stakeholders including KOLs, advisory boards, and patient advocacy groups.
* Represent Novartis in steering committees and external research collaborations.
* Champion innovative methodologies and technologies to advance evidence generation practices.
* Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives including process improvements, training, and SOP development.
Essential Requirements
* Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred.
* 7+ years experience in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with evidence generation focus.
* Expertise in interventional and non-interventional trial design and real-world evidence methodologies.
* Strong understanding of global regulatory and access environments and drug development processes.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful evidence strategies.
* Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
