**Operations and Supply Chain Program Manager - Distribution Centre Process Improvement Lead**

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Supply Chain Program Manager to lead the process improvement initiatives at our Distribution Centre in Cork, Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. They will conduct thorough assessments of existing processes using a standardized and repeatable model to identify opportunities for growth.
Our operations have grown significantly over the past years, and we need someone to build a management system that improves UPH and UPPH of existing processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external partners to standardize processes, drive best practices, and manage costs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Evaluate logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
* Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes using a standardized and repeatable model
* Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops to engage cross-functional teams
* Develop and implement process improvement plans using Lean tools and methodologies
* Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes
* Prepare and present reports to senior management on process improvement projects
Requirements:
* Proven ability in process improvement, Lean methodologies, and Kaizen events
* Familiarity with project management principles and tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, at a regional and global level
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong collaborator, relationship management and interpersonal skills with ability to translate complex findings to a business audience
* Experience as a change agent having successfully implemented change in a large cross-functional organization
* Experience in implementing new process setups in a manufacturing or logistics environment
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
* Relevant certifications (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt) are a plus
