You'll play a key role in HR operations, with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, and supporting our HR Operations and Reward teams.RequirementsAbout the roleAn exciting opportunity has opened up in our Human Resources Team. In the role, the successful candidate will:Be a core member and contributor to the HR Operations team with a strong emphasis on employee interaction, systems and reporting.Support our people throughout the full employee life cycle.Become an "expert user" of our HR system, maintaining accurate data and producing regular monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports and key metrics including HR's quarterly score card.Payroll and benefits administration.Participate in process and procedure improvements, with a view to ensuring operational excellence.Participate in HR projects as required.Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and key metrics, including HR's quarterly scorecard.Provide advanced Excel-based analysis to support decision-making and HR projects.Support the Reward team with compensation and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Assist with payroll processes and liaise with internal stakeholders as required.Contribute to process improvements and participate in HR projects to drive operational excellence.About youWe are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualisation).Strong analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and interpretation.Previous experience in HR operations or supporting Reward/Compensation processes is desirable.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with HR systems.A Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with discretion and confidentiality.Strong administration and coordination skills, experience of working in a busy HR team/office environment is desirable.A high level of discretion and confidentiality;Flexible, enthusiastic and proven ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly.BenefitsWhat we offerAt Davy, our people are our biggest investment.
