Position Overview
The purpose of the Technical Librarian role is to compile and revise all necessary Technical and Operations documentation in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Continuing Airworthiness Manager or Director of Flight Operations in the preparation and dissemination of documentation required for aircraft operations.
* Control the revision procedures and revision registers for the CAMO and Flight Ops Manuals originated by OEMs (Airbus/Boeing/ATR and vendors) and other relevant manuals as required by Technical Services.
* Ensure the documents on board the aircraft are constantly up to date and current.
* Maintain revision status of all manuals.
* Manage subscription contracts with the OEM and vendors.
* Implement corrective actions for audit deficiencies in areas under the Technical Librarian’s control and responsibility.
* Understand and practice the principles of the company Safety Management System.
* Special projects and other duties as assigned by the CAMO Manager.
* Maintain competence through continued education and training in the area of responsibility. The company will facilitate this process.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Fluent in English.
Experience
* Experience in the control of airline technical and operational documentation in a regulated environment.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU.
