We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide day-to-day assistance to our Conveyancing team. This is a full-time maternity contract position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing dictations and producing accurate, well-formatted documentation.
* Supporting conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to completion.
* Preparing, editing and finalising contracts, closing documents and related forms.
* Handling Land Registry and Registry of Deeds filings.
* Maintaining and updating files on Cortbase.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing.
* Strong dictaphone typing skills with excellent accuracy.
* Proficient in Cortbase case management (training provided where needed).
* Confident handling volume work and meeting deadlines.
* Clear communication skills and a professional manner.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
