Job Description
Work effectively and adhere to all Site Specific and ISS Procedures and instructions.
Take responsibility for the safe use of all cleaning materials and equipment used in the course of your duties.
Ensure cleaning activities are completed in a manner which will not compromise the health and safety of employees and visitors to the site.
Complete all logbooks and documentation in a timely manner as per site instructions and SOPs.
In coordination with cleaning supervisor plan, schedule and execute cleaning activities in the designated areas.
Ensure all equipment is safe before use and report any faults to machinery and be aware of service requirements.
Report health and safety related issues to the manager with minimum delay.
Follow all gowning procedures as per site procedures and SOPs.
Deal responsibly with capital & equipment.
To order stocks and ensure that all storerooms are stocked in a safe and tidy manner to avoid stock loss and minimise wastage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification Required
Experience as cleaner supervisor (Pharmaceutical Cleaning industry preferable)
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Computer literate
Experience Required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Understand safe working practices and health and safety legislation.
Ability to work on your own.
Well-organised and capable of prioritising own work.
Previous experience as working as a cleaner is desirable.
Experience in the use of cleaning equipment is desirable.
Health and safety knowledge.
HSEQ
Ensure safe work practices and procedures are followed on site
Complete tasks in accordance with company HSEQ procedures and work instructions
Use of Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment (w/a)
Understand how ISO fits into daily business operations
Read, understand and work in accordance with the company's HSEQ Policies

It may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends and sometimes more than contracted hours.
As part of your job, you will be expected to attend training events and/or meetings and travel to other locations may be required.
