We are seeking an experienced professional to take up the role of Project Cost Controller.
* Manage expenditure across renovation, restoration and extension projects
* Create project proposals, cost estimates and bills of quantities
* Monitor financial performance and ensure accurate budgeting
* Collaborate with clients, contractors and project teams
* Support with procurement, valuations and variation orders
* Produce monthly reports and maintain thorough documentation
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail and effective communication abilities. Experience in quantity surveyance and project management would be highly advantageous.
