About the Role As a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for software roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and secure top-tier talent.
You'll operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving hiring needs, bringing your deep understanding of the software talent landscape to develop proactive and strategic hiring solutions.
What You'll Be Doing Lead full-cycle recruitment across software and technical roles Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and hiring strategies Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and offer negotiation support Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn, social platforms, and talent networks Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment before submission Manage and optimise the applicant tracking system Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on pipeline and hiring progress Contribute to and support talent acquisition projects, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science or engineering background is a plus) 4+ years' experience in recruitment, including strong use of LinkedIn Recruiter At least 2 years recruiting within a technical/software-focused environment Strong knowledge of the software talent market and hiring trends Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting A proactive mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills Why This Role?
