Job Overview
Safety Solutions seek a highly skilled Health Safety and Risk Management Professional to drive compliance with health safety quality and environmental standards at national and European levels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of the construction HSQE strategy nationwide.
* Develop and deliver company-wide health and safety initiatives for continuous improvement.
* Provide employee safety support services.
* Develop action plans to address Health & Safety non-compliances.
* Analyse and trend key HSQE performance reports.
Key Qualifications:
* Relevant third-level qualification in a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in water services utilities or a similar industry.
* Strong people management conflict resolution skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A full driving license is essential.
