Senior VLSI Leader
We are seeking an experienced Senior VLSI front end professional to lead a large team in IP design and verification.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the VLSI design team of engineers, who specialize in hardware design with expertise in analog/mixed-signal circuit architecture.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a high level of strategic thinking as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, business development, marketing etc. that impact various stages from conceptualization to validation phases
Key Responsibilities:
* Fully responsible for hiring and planning to ensure quality compliance within the team
* A strong ability to manage senior/lead-level technical resources is essential
