Food and Beverage Operations Manager
The primary objective of this role is to support the Director of F&B in driving seamless operations across all outlets.
* Act as a liaison between the Director of F&B and outlet managers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
* Oversee the tracking of Head of Departments' action points and ensure adherence to high operational standards.
