The role involves interacting with clients, both independently and as a team lead. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing effective cost management solutions, and mentoring team members.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in contract administration, procurement, and project management.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Full Cost Management Services for all project stages
\
2. Management / Leadership of in-house Team
\
3. Contract Administration & Procurement
\
4. Managing Client Relationships
\
5. Development and implementation of strategic and effective cost management solutions
\
6. Liaise and mentor team members and ensure clarity of roles and clear lines of communication between all stakeholders.
\
7. Interact professionally with client staff, proactively identify, and raise issues, ensure updates are provided in line with project requirements.
\
8. Support the tracking of financial progress and provide information where needed.
\
9. Contribute to Business Development. Further develop and maintain existing client/third-party relationships.
