Job Title: Labour Planner
We are seeking a skilled planner to join our operations team in Dublin. This role plays a critical part in scheduling, monitoring, and optimizing labour resources across a 24/7 production environment.
* Schedule labour to meet short-, mid- and long-term production demands.
* Monitor workforce deployment against production plans.
* Maintain compliance with Working Time legislation and internal controls.
• Produce workforce reports, metrics, and action plans.
Prepare weekly payroll data.
Maintain accurate staff records.
