Responsibilities:

* Monitor and maintain high standards of work quality

* Delegate room assignments to accommodation and housekeeping staff

* Develop employees to prepare them for advancement in their careers

* Ensure compliance with all health and safety (H&S) and standard operating procedures

* Oversee the cleanliness of all areas in the hotel

* Collaborate with the Maintenance department to maintain consistently high hotel standards
