We're currently seeking anexperienced and motivated Car Sales Executiveto join our dynamic sales team. Representing a wide range of leading automotive brands, you'll help customers find the perfect vehicle to match their lifestyle while delivering a top-tier customer experience from first enquiry to final handshake.
What You'll Do:
* Engage with customers daily to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
* Conduct test drives and confidently present vehicle features and benefits
* Manage leads, follow-ups, and convert enquiries into sales
* Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
* Work as part of a high-performing sales team under the guidance of a Sales Manager
* Upsell relevant products and services (finance, warranties, etc.)
* Create content & Liaise with the marketing team
What You Bring:
* Proven sales experience (motor trade background a strong advantage)
* Target-driven mindset with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding KPIs
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Eagerness to learn and follow our strategic sales approach
* Customer-first attitude with a professional and approachable manner
* Full, clean driving licence -essential
