About the Role:
1. Maintaining stock levels of fast-moving items.
2. Providing accurate quotes to customers, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
3. Resolving customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
4. Participating in sourcing activities, identifying opportunities for improvement.
5. Collaborating with local suppliers to collect parts and negotiate favorable terms.
6. Performing administrative tasks as required, maintaining efficient operations.
7. Managing customer orders from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring seamless experience.
8. Developing and maintaining effective management reports, tracking key performance indicators.
9. Negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and quality.
10. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, fostering trust and cooperation.
11. Maintaining ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
12. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Strong product knowledge, particularly for MRO and engineering consumables.
* Excellent sales and customer relationship development skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
* Strong negotiating and purchasing skills, with the ability to drive value and efficiency.
* Meticulous and organized, with a solid understanding of management systems and processes.
* Current driving license, with a valid passport (if applicable).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and other relevant tools.
