HR Operations Specialist (12-Month FTC) Location: South Dublin (Hybrid) We are partnering with a leading organisation to hire an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join a high-performing HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented HR professional with strong expertise in contracts and/or leave management to play a key role in delivering best-in-class HR operations.
This role sits within a busy HR function and will support the delivery of the overall people strategy, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient HR processes across the organisation.
The Role You will be a key member of the HR Operations team, taking ownership of core processes and acting as a trusted point of contact for managers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee HR processes with a particular focus on contract management and/or absence/leave management Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems, ensuring data integrity at all times Act as a key point of contact for HR operations queries from managers and internal stakeholders Ensure all documentation and processes are compliant with internal policies and employment legislation Review and quality-check outputs across key areas including contracts, payroll changes, and system updates Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency Support and deliver process improvement initiatives across HR Operations Act as a subject matter expert across HR operational processes and support training where required Contribute to HR projects, research, and continuous improvement initiatives Provide support to the wider team and step in for leadership when required About You Proven experience in an HR Operations or HR Generalist role Strong experience in contracts and/or leave/absence management (ideally both) Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice Experience working with HR systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Why Apply?
