Join Supermac’s Waterford as an Assistant Manager and lead a team in one of Ireland’s most recognized and loved brands. You’ll oversee daily operations, staff development, and community engagement, running the store with the autonomy of your own business while driving sales, profitability, and an outstanding customer experience.
As Assistant Manager, you will report to and provide ongoing support to the Store to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for their unit. You will work as part of a team with Team Members and Training Coaches.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day
* Supervise the activities of team members daily and ensure necessary tasks are completed to meet our high standards.
* Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you.
* Being hands-on and leading from the front, committed to developing your team
* Training the team on all aspects of Supermac’s operations
* Coordinate in-store sales and promotions
* To assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations
Your Profile:
* A minimum of 2 years of management experience in the Food industry is required.
* Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills
* Be passionate about Customer Service
* Be able to conduct yourself professionally at all times, especially when in the public eye.
* You must be 100% customer-focused, innovative, motivating, and energetic for this hands-on role
* Knowledge of Food safety is required (HACCP)
* You must be flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings, and weekends
