Civil Site Management Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our civil engineering team in Wexford.
This is a key position on various civil, water, and infrastructure projects where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations effectively
* Lead site teams and subcontractors
* Ensure project timelines, goals, and quality standards are met
* Oversee civil and groundworks teams on-site
* Maintain accurate records including timesheets and safety documentation
* Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Support strong communication between site teams and project managers
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
* Background in civil works, ideally with focus on water infrastructure or utilities
* Current safety and site management certifications
* Leadership and problem-solving skills
* Organisational and communication abilities
