Total Compensation (Average Performer)
* Year 1:
€45,000+
* Year 2:
€65,000+
* Base salary: DOE
* Commission: Uncapped, unlimited earning potential
* Top performers earn significantly above these figures
Who You Are
* 3+ years
of experience in
customer focus roles
(Customer Service Representative, Customer Support Specialist, Customer Success Associate, Call Centre Agent, Customer Care Executive, etc.)
* Proven track record of progression. (Must)
* Bachelor's or third-level qualification (preferred but not essential)
* Hold an
EU passport or Stamp 4 visa
* Able to commute to
Dublin 2
, Monday to Friday
