Phorest powers over 12,000 salons, spas, and medspas in UK, Ireland, Germany, Australia, Finland, the USA and Canada. The platform supports hundreds of thousands of professionals every day and millions of consumers.
Phorest’s E-Commerce Team
The E-Commerce team builds the guest-facing experiences that connect salons and clinics with their clients 24/7, helping people discover a business, explore services and products, and make a purchase or booking in just a few taps. This Product Design role focuses on B2C with a direct line to salons and clinics guests. What is shipped has an immediate, measurable impact on conversion, retention, and brand loyalty.
The Opportunity
Play a critical role in evolving our end‑to‑end consumer shopping experiences that help guests confidently discover, choose, and purchase products.
Work in a tightly‑knit group alongside a Product Manager and Engineering Manager to shape ideas, define outcomes, and iterate toward the best solution.
Collaborate closely with engineering to build, test, and ship ideas and to learn from real‑world performance (funnels, experiments, and feedback).
Balance fast iteration with high craft, ensuring the experience feels trustworthy, accessible, and delightful across platforms.
Directly influence commercial outcomes for salons and clinics, helping them increase their revenue while creating better experiences for their guests.
Be part of a small group of skilled, driven Product Designers, contributing to shared patterns and the design system so the experience stays consistent across our products.
