They are now seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst who shares this drive and can play a key role in supporting organisational success through precise and compliant payroll delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Process in-country taxes, pensions, and health insurance payments accurately and on time.
Coordinate funding approvals and ensure payroll disbursements meet local banking deadlines.
Complete payroll audits to maintain compliance with labour laws and SOX/GDPR controls.
Perform Gross-to-Net reconciliations and resolve discrepancies quickly.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal to address data issues and streamline processes.
Serve as the main contact for employee payroll queries, offering clear technical guidance.
Oversee monthly payroll cycles for 3–4 EMEA entities.
Audit all employee data changes before vendor submission.
Manage mass data uploads for bonuses, commissions, and variable pay.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll in a medium or large organisation.
Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working to strict deadlines.
Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive.
Experience with systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, or similar.
This opportunity is a 6 month contract, hybrid in Dublin 7.
