Associate Architect role in Dublin, Ireland. Step into a senior leadership path with potential progression to Director level at a leading architectural practice. Based in Dublin, the studio delivers across residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, workplace, and urban design sectors with a focus on sustainability and technology.
With a presence in Dublin, Galway, London and Sligo, the practice seeks ambitious leaders to join the growing Dublin studio.
Role & Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale projects across healthcare, education, residential and workplace sectors
* Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, providing technical and design leadership throughout all RIBA stages
* Oversee project delivery using Revit (essential), with experience in BIM Level 2 workflows
* Maintain and build strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact across multiple projects
* Contribute to strategic practice development and team growth
* Support junior staff development and promote knowledge sharing across the team
Required Skills & Experience
* RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years post-qualification experience
* Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects in Ireland or the UK
* Strong technical and design expertise, with site experience essential
* Proficient in Revit — this is a must-have
* Excellent team leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Commercially aware with good client-facing experience
* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to take the next step in their career
* Eligible to work in Ireland, with a full driving licence
