Responsibilities include:

1. Pre-construction surveys to identify potential issues.

2. Site supervision and management of resources.

3. Programming and scheduling work for maximum efficiency.

4. Liaising with design teams, subcontractors, and clients.
\
5. Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, traffic management, and legislative requirements.

6. Collaborating with internal departments for successful project delivery.
\
7. Monitoring and controlling subcontractor performance and quality.
\
8. Compiling reports and maintaining accurate records.
\
9. Delivering projects within agreed scope, quality, and timeframe.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

10. Proficient in administration, computer skills, MS Office, MS Project, and engineering applications.
\
11. Strong awareness of health & safety, environmental regulations, and traffic management.
\
12. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering, site plant, and equipment.
\
13. Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
\
14. Extensive site experience and effective liaison with client design teams.
