We're bringing the energy, flavour, and fun of a New York slice shop to the heart of Cork City Centre. Serving big slices, bold flavours, and great vibes, we're looking for a Food Outlet Manager who can lead our team with confidence and keep the atmosphere upbeat, friendly, and welcoming.
Role Overview
As our Food Outlet Manager, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations, team morale, and exceptional customer experiences. You'll combine strong leadership with a warm, chatty, and approachable personality—setting the tone for a fast-paced, fun, and high-quality casual dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support the team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste control to maintain quality and cost efficiency
* Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and food quality
* Oversee staff scheduling, training, performance management, and general team development
* Work closely with senior management to set, review, and achieve targets and goals
* Serving customers, till operation and some light kitchen work with be involved in this role
Ideal Candidate
* Naturally upbeat, chatty, and friendly—someone who sets the tone for great customer vibes
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality or food service management role
* Strong communication and leadership abilities
* Highly organised, efficient, and proactive, with a hands-on approach
* Passionate about excellent food and high-quality casual dining
* Flexible, energetic, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Barista experience

Pay: €36,500.00-€38,500.00 per year
