As a key member of our financial reporting team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the business and contributing to the finance function.
The successful candidate will be involved in all areas of the team's deliverables, including financial accounting, management accounts, financial reporting, statutory accounts, and budgeting and reforecasting.
You will work closely with the team to produce insightful and value-add reports for the business, as well as support the budgeting and reforecasting process.
The Financial Reporting team is responsible for producing the firm's management accounts, financial reporting, and statutory accounts, working alongside the FP&A team who oversee budgeting and reforecasting.

We are looking for a qualified accountant with a minimum of three years' experience in a finance role, preferably involving producing management accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of prepayments/accruals accounting processes, strong variance analysis experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
They will also have intermediate/advanced excel skills, and AFO (Analysis for Office) experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities include month end processes, account variance analyses, P&L Analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and publication of profit and loss reports and management accounts.
Project support and providing ad-hoc support internally in finance and to the business are also key aspects of the role.
