Your role:
Aptiv’s IT Leadership Development Program (ITLDP) is a rotational program aimed at developing Aptiv’s IT leaders of tomorrow. Participants in the program will rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months. The ITLDP provides the participants with a wide breadth of experience into all functions across the IT organization, including but not limited to:
* Business Relationship Management
* IT Project Delivery
* IT Operations
The ITLDP is Fast Track Program at Aptiv, proudly sponsored by Senior IT Executives, designed to cultivate the next generation of exceptional leaders. This program offers an unparalleled Learning & Development experience, including a structured mentorship program for the duration of the program.
Your Background:
* Graduates and final year students majoring in Business Information Systems or Enterprise Computing.
* Practical experience, such as an internship, in a relevant field.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
* Leadership capability – campus or other organization leadership experience.
* Interest in becoming a leader.
