**Job Title:** Operations Manager
As a seasoned Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client's law firm. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in finance and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis to ensure effective financial planning.
2. Operational Leadership:
* Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
* Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
3. HR and Staff Management:
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the changing needs of the business.
* Manage staff performance, provide coaching and feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
4. Facilities and IT:
* Ensure that the office facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard, and that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out promptly.
* Oversee the development and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure to support business growth and efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds an accounting qualification or equivalent experience in a dual finance and operations role.
* Demonstrated staff management experience and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with case management systems.
