We are seeking a motivated individual (with an immediate start) to join our team in a dual role, supporting both the Quantity Surveying and Health & Safety functions. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience in cost management and site safety within the construction industry.Key ResponsibilitiesCompiling BCAR documentationSupporting tendering and procurementAssist in preparing cost estimates, budgets,assist with interim valuations, payment applications, and final accountsAssist with contract administration and trackingSupport the preparation and implementation of risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and COSHH assessments.Assist in conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.Carry out basic site inspections to ensure compliance with health & safety policies and statutory requirements.Maintain health & safety documentation,Skills & RequirementsStrong organisational and record-keeping skills.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Willingness to spend time both in the office and on site.Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work as part of a teamCareer progression towards Quantity Surveyor, Health & Safety Advisor, or Project Management roles.Exposure to a wide range of construction projects.If you think this role is suitable for you please contact Emer Bourke on or alternatively email your CV to Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
