Job Title
A Director of Sales is sought to lead sales planning, coordination and implementation across multiple properties.
* Develop relationships with key clients to grow revenue in diverse market segments.
* Coordinate sales activities and develop strategies to drive business growth.
* Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for PR & media exposure.
* Apply effective yield management principles and optimize commercial performance.
* Lead and motivate high-performing sales teams to achieve targets.
* Oversee sales IT infrastructure and customer database maintenance.
* Maximize benefits from International Franchise Agreements.
* Assist in formulating commercial strategy and expanding the business.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing in quality establishments with group and franchise experience.
