Key Objectives:
* Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards in food & beverage areas.
* Assist in controlling purchasing costs, adhering to financial targets, minimising waste, managing stock levels and undertaking stock inventory.
* Develop and mentor a confident team in all F&B areas to engage with and exceed guest expectations.
* Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations in all F&B areas.
Essential Requirements:
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
* At least five years' experience in a senior food & beverage leadership role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
* Leadership skills and team management expertise.
* A positive attitude and ability to work varied shifts.
