Procurement Manager Role
This is a critical position that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to drive change within procurement operations.
* Develop integrated procurement solutions, incorporating data analysis and contract enablement.
* Lead the rollout of Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, driving seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely purchasing contract management requests are executed within service level agreements (SLAs).
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within purchasing contract management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
* Establishing operational policies and procedures for procurement.
* Managing documentation libraries of standard operating procedures.
* Representing Procurement Operations in collaboration with Business Units on supply chain, sourcing, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives.
* Designing and implementing performance metrics and scorecards for procurement.
* Providing training to planners, sourcing teams, and other users as required.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
* Strong analytical skills and experience working in multinational and matrix environments.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive issue resolution, changes, and improvements.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
