Property Sales Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring proactive and regular communication with vendors and delivering a positive customer service experience for all vendors, buyers, and potential buyers.
Negotiating sales, property viewings, and liaising with solicitors are key responsibilities of this role.
* Key responsibilities include updating vendors and responding to telephone and email enquiries promptly.
* Conducting measuring and detailing preparation for the market is also essential.
* Carrying out bank valuations, preparing brochure descriptions, and assisting senior directors are other critical tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good knowledge of the property market, and be able to work on their own initiative.
Required Skills and Qualifications
