This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute and driven professional to take ownership of transaction processes and play a central role in deal origination, execution, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Take a lead role in the execution of buy-side and sell-side transactions, including financial analysis, deal structuring, due diligence coordination, and negotiation support.
* Develop and review valuation models (DCF, precedent transactions, comparables), financial projections, and strategic business plans.
* Prepare high-quality client deliverables including pitch books, information memoranda, and board presentations.
* Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and counterparties throughout the transaction process.
* Manage internal teams and external advisors, ensuring timely and effective delivery on all aspects of a deal.
* Contribute to origination efforts through market research, deal sourcing, and development of client relationships.
* Support the continued development of junior staff through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Candidate Profile:
A minimum 5 years' experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, transaction services, or investment banking is required. Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring are essential.
ACA, ACCA, CFA or similar professional qualification is preferred. A proven ability to manage end-to-end transaction processes and engage credibly with senior stakeholders is necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail is desirable.
