Strategic Process Transformation Lead
This leadership position is a key component of our organization's Global Process Team, responsible for driving strategic process transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Global Business Solutions and collaborate closely with senior business leaders to understand the company's business strategy, operating vision, and technology imperatives.
The individual in this role will manage a team that defines strategic processes covering all functional and regional groups, develops interaction models for people, resources, and controls within process constraints, and implements changes to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop a deep understanding of the company's business strategy, operating vision, and technology imperatives.
* Analyze business challenges faced by sponsors and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
* Develop comprehensive business solutions to address identified challenges, including defining specific business structures and performance goals.
* Review prototypes and enterprise blueprints to ensure alignment with business imperatives.
* Communicate with business and IT leaders to increase confidence in proposed solutions.
* Identify risks and assumptions associated with solution implementation.
* Drive adoption of best practices to standardize business architecture outputs across the organization.
* Work with solution/technical architects to deliver business architecture artifacts.
* Anticipate emerging business trends and regulatory issues to inform large-scale improvements.
* Provide leadership guidance and make recommendations to ensure solutions meet business needs.
* Manage program/project leadership over key business change efforts.
* Assess and diagnose business problems using various diagnostic methods and tools.
Requirements:
* Several years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or process improvement roles.
* Proven experience managing a team and driving complex projects and programs.
* Demonstrable expertise in applied process improvement methodologies, including process mapping, root cause analysis, and re-engineering.
* Lean Six Sigma black belt certification and Visio experience are required.
* Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills with ability to communicate effectively with senior business leaders.
* High degree of proficiency working with technology teams in design and execution.
