This is a permanent transactional role suited to a HR graduate with approximately 2 years of experience. The successful candiate will play a pivotal role in supporting HR functions, ensuring the seamless execution of various operational processes and the administrative aspects of HR operations as well as maintaining accurate employee records, streamlining workflows, and providing valuable insights into process improvements. This organisation has the capacity to offer career development and opportunities. The vast majority of the duties are linked to Ireland but may deal with the Swiss and UK offices if the need arises. Applicants should be able to demonistrate the following: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of HRIS, ideally Workday and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
