Role Overview

Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a People and Culture Administrator to join our growing team based in Kearys Hyundai, Kinsale Road.

Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for the HR mailbox, responding to employee queries and escalating issues where appropriate.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through our Applicant Tracking System, supporting both candidates and hiring managers.
* Administer and maintain our Learning Management System (Rubikon), ensuring training records are accurate and up to date.
* Oversee and coordinate all mandatory training, including First Aid, Manual Handling, and other compliance-related courses.
* Maintain accurate employee time-tracking records on a daily basis to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
* Administer and update our HR system (BambooHR), ensuring all records are current and accurate.
* Maintain personnel files in line with GDPR requirements and internal policies.
* Conduct regular audits of BambooHR to ensure compliance with documentation and data integrity standards.
* Monitor, record, and manage absence and sickness processes in accordance with company procedures.
* Support the planning and delivery of employee engagement activities and events.
* Provide general HR administrative support and undertake ad hoc tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

* 1 to 2 years HR experience.
* Proven ability managing high volume of admin, working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks is essential.
* Ability to work on a number of different tasks to agreed timescales.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
* BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
