Role Overview

The Supply Chain – Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of goods, information, and materials to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role supports inventory control, transportation coordination, order processing, and communication between suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams. It is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery confirmation.


• Monitor inventory levels, update records, and assist with stock replenishment planning.


• Process purchase orders, delivery documents, and shipment-related paperwork.


• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.


• Track transportation status, resolve delays, and report any discrepancies or issues.


• Assist in optimizing logistics processes such as packaging, routing, and cost management.


• Maintain accurate data within inventory management or logistics software systems.


• Support warehouse operations by confirming product availability, order priorities, and loading schedules.


• Prepare reports summarizing shipment status, stock movement, and performance metrics.


• Contribute to improving workflow efficiency, reducing delays, and enhancing overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications and Requirements


• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.


• Basic understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, or logistics operations.


• Experience with data entry, spreadsheets, or logistics management tools is beneficial.


• Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.


• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve delivery issues or delays promptly.


• Accuracy and attention to detail when handling documents, inventory data, or order records.


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.


• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and provide support where required.


• Familiarity with shipping procedures, warehouse workflows, or carrier coordination is a plus.


• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and supply chain practices.
