Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive (DME) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a creative, ambitious, and strategic digital marketing professional who will develop, manage, and execute the company's digital marketing campaigns and activities in Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a marketing team in a Medical Devices Company, supporting online advertising campaigns, website maintenance, and various marketing software platforms. They will support online and in-person events and contribute to traditional marketing projects as needed. Strong visual literacy, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
2. Create and implement impactful marketing campaigns to generate leads through digital initiatives.
3. Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, including KPIs.
4. Create engaging content across digital platforms aligned with campaign objectives.
5. Understand target markets to tailor messages that drive leads along the sales funnel.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
7. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations.
8. Collaborate with sales, regional marketing, and other teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
9. Manage marketing spend and ensure budget adherence.
10. Assist with website content updates and collaborate with the web development team.
11. Utilize marketing software including Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Showpad, and Qualtrics.
12. Prepare marketing reports and presentations with the analytics team.
13. Manage print materials working with external agencies.
14. Manage social media campaigns, both organic and paid.
15. Support online and in-person marketing events, including planning, on-site assistance, and follow-up.
16. Contribute to traditional marketing projects like print materials, collaborating with the design team.
What you need
1. Proven experience in digital marketing within Medical Devices.
2. Experience with online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
3. Experience with CMS platforms.
4. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Showpad, and Qualtrics is a plus.
5. A creative, critical thinker eager to impact healthcare.
