About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is a great fit for those who enjoy developing and launching innovative food products. As an Innovation Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth through product innovation, customer relationships, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development and Innovation: You will be responsible for delivering approved product development projects from customer briefs to launch in sites. This includes innovation, product transfers, product improvement, SKU rationalization, ensuring products are representative of the manufacturing process and meeting technical and quality standards.
2. Customer Relationships: Direct customer interaction involves traveling to visit customers as required. Additionally, you'll support customer site visits to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
3. Communication: Working effectively with stakeholders ensures all aspects of product delivery. Leading cross-functional Critical Path NPD meetings involves taking minutes, actions accountability among others.
