Create a positive body image; no more Yo-Yo Diets.Our coaches help members to shift the focus away from appearance-based goals, before-and-after pictures, and "transformations".Instead, we want our members to:· Integrate enjoyable movement into their lives.· Focus on building strong, pain-free, future-proofed bodies.· Improve their food relationships.· Learn to embrace body diversity for themselves and future generations.If our mission resonates with you, great news – we are hiringThe CandidateWe are looking for a fully qualified, reliable and enthusiastic coach to join our team.You will have one fixed shift each week (Thursday evenings, 5 hours) and will also play an important role in covering additional hours when other coaches are on annual leave. Cover shifts are given at least 3 weeks in advance and typically amount to 5–10 hours per week per month on average.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a consistent base shift but also has the availability and flexibility to step in regularly when needed.Note: While we understand that personal plans come first, we're looking for someone who can generally say "yes" more often than "no" to cover opportunities.Experience as a Spin Class Instructor is advantageous.Hours:Fixed: Thursday evening shift (same time every week).Additional: Cover shifts will vary by week, Monday–Friday, between 05:30–14:00 or 15:30–20:15, with notice given 3+ weeks ahead.Atmosphere & Character:The successful candidate will, above all else, possess a non-judgemental air, friendly tone and remain upbeat, encouraging, and compassionate with all members and other coaches.We aim to have laughter and conversation in every session and as leader of the session, you play an integral role in maintaining the atmosphere.We expect the successful candidate to coach our members in-line with our body positive values.
