Job Responsibilities
Fund Operations Execution – Handle daily treasury operations including regional fund settlements, liquidity replenishment, credit card billing and collection processing.
Operation SOP Build Up – Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for the treasury center.
Continuously optimize fund operation manuals and workflow documentation.
Business Support – Serve as primary contact for business units’ payment/receipt inquiries and provide timely resolution to routine treasury-related operational questions.
Qualifications
Education & Background – Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in treasury/fund management; preference for candidates with experience in corporate groups or multinational banks.
Skills & Competencies – Strong analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to learn quickly; excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, focusing on efficiency; team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
Language Requirements – Proficiency in English and Chinese for business operations. Mastery of any other language(s) is a plus.
