Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Care Worker to join our team in Kildare. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centred support to individuals in residential settings, empowering them to develop independence, social inclusion and meaningful daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day support to individuals in residential settings, assisting with personal care, daily living tasks and emotional support as required;
* Promote independence, dignity and choice in all aspects of care;
* Plan and deliver structured learning, recreational and life skills activities;
* Absorb overtime work like nights evenings weekends regularly also sleepovers at times
Ensure consistent care across all shifts, including evenings, weekends & sleepovers where required.
