Role Overview
Pembroke Festive is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Seasonal Installers subcontractors to join our team for the busy Christmas season. You'll help us deliver stunning festive displays and lighting across commercial spaces and residential clients.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and diligence.
This subcontractor role would suit; self employed tradesmen/florists/sign fitters/landscapers/ installation technicians.
Key Responsibilities
* Decorate and install Christmas trees, garlands, wreaths, festive lighting, and seasonal displays.
* Ensure decorations are installed safely, securely, and to a high standard.
* Work closely with team members to complete projects on time.
* Carry out manual handling and installation tasks as needed.
* Travel between job sites to complete installations.
* Follow all safety procedures and site regulations.
Requirements
Essential:
* Well-presented, professional, and a strong eye for detail.
* Full B driving licence & access to own transport.
* Ability to work weekends and evenings.
* Flexibility to travel between sites.
Preferred:
* Manual Handling Certification / Site Experience
* Previous experience with seasonal displays, lighting, signage, or event installation. Such as drilling, fittings, ladders.
* Comfortable working at height.
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
* Positive team player with good communication skills.
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment
This is a site-based role with travel. Work takes place both indoors and outdoors, often in busy public areas - mostly in Dublin but also in other major cities in Ireland.

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 3-4 weeks
Pay: €17.50-€22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
