Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned project leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of industrialization projects for medical implants and instruments within an international environment.
You will coordinate the efforts of team members across various sites, working in close collaboration with teams from other departments (R&D, Operations, etc.).
Your primary focus will be on building schedules, budgets, and resources linked to the creation of manufacturing flows.
Supervising and coordinating the project team, working in collaboration with internal departments and subcontractors across multiple sites is also key to success.
You will contribute to the implementation of a rigorous project management methodology aimed at optimizing processes, defining clear operational standards, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Effective communication and representation during global project meetings are crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science discipline or equivalent.
* Project management certification through an accredited organization (preferred).
