Full Job Description

We are a small consultancy firm looking to expand our team in sustainability and recycling with a specialty in plastic recycling based in Kells in Co Meath, we are now recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a permanent position with flexible hours for the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities:Are you comfortable engaging with POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS at all levels including cold and warm leads?

Do you have much experience building and maintaining strong client relationships?

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities through social media, phone calls, email correspondence & face-to-face interactions.
* Responsible for initial lead generation of new business through to closure of sale.
* Ensure effective collaboration with Sales and Operations departments to safeguard long term positive development of the client base.
* Manage existing client relationships and seek additional services and revenue streams from new/existing clients.
* Monitoring of deal status' & accurate sales pipeline projections.
* Monitoring website engagement analytics and performance metrics using Google Analytics, to track progress and identify areas of improvement, creating monthly reports to communicate results..
* Creating engaging content that is optimised for various channels, including email, intranet, video conferencing and social media.
* LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter feeds to be updated on weekly basis, with updates provided on: completed projects, testimonials, team building activities, topical & informative articles etc. to increase brand awareness & client engagement.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in Business-to-Business Sales, including at least two years of team leadership or people management experience. Experience in digital marketing or communications will be looked on favourably.
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing or other relevant discipline.
* Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
* Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
* Presentation, Interpersonal and Computer Application Skills
* Good networking and influencing skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes from interactions.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to create and deploy strategic and tactical plans.
* Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work quickly, efficiently and to tight deadlines.
* Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Active Campaign, Word Press.
* CRM System Management: Familiarity with and experience using Active Campaign an advantage.
* A genuine passion for and knowledge of sustainability
* E-commerce management
* Graphic design – designing brochures, marketing materials, promotional tools for in-house use and working with third party company for national / external print marketing
* Content Creation (website management) for new website - liaising with third party web developer to customise and perfect in line with company branding, concept etc
* Digital marketing / campaign management
* Lead generation
* Brand & marketing research
* Social Media Management (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
* Digital Communications
* Documentation & Presentation
* Brand Development

Education

Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar

Working Week & Remuneration:

Remote working a possibility for some of the working days. Working week and remuneration are very flexible for the right candidate.
