Payroll Manager
The payroll manager oversees the preparation and processing of employee pay, ensuring accurate calculations and data integrity. This role involves maintaining records, processing pay, and overseeing time and attendance management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll Management: Prepare and process employee pay, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
* Time & Attendance Management: Manage time and attendance systems, provide support to managers and employees, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
* Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with local tax laws, employment regulations, and company policies. Prepare and submit statutory returns, such as PAYE and USC.
* System & Process Improvement: Oversee payroll systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Team Leadership: Supervise payroll staff, provide training and development opportunities, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure timely delivery.
