Our organisation is currently seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in a HSE acute setting.
Job Description:
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining safety, comfort and dignity. You will observe and document vital signs, monitoring patient progress and making necessary care adjustments. Your ability to develop and implement individualised care plans will be essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care.
* Monitor patient progress and make necessary care adjustments.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments in line with HSE standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Active registration with the NMBI (PIN required).
* Must be an EU/EEA citizen or possess a valid Stamp 1G, 2 or 4.
* Up-to-date HSELand and healthcare certifications including Manual Handling, Infection Control, Safeguarding and Open Disclosure.
* Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.
