What we require from our applicants:
* At least 4 years experience in a busy Kitchen with high volume covers
* The ability to engage well with team members to provide a consistently high standard of food
* A high level of HACCP knowledge - Level 2 qualification in Food Safety
* The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
* Outgoing and friendly personality
* Have a professional image at all times in line with the Kitchen and Hotel standards
* Be committed to the team
* Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early starts)
