Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies for two modern properties aligned with brand standards and business goals.
* Drive revenue across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
* Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts to maximize occupancy and profitability.
* Collaborate closely with on-property teams and regional support to deliver exceptional guest experiences and market positioning.
* Represent both properties at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions.
* Monitor market trends and competitor performance to adapt strategies proactively.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum five years' experience in hotel sales, cluster, and brand experience beneficial.
* Strong knowledge of the Dublin market and surrounding region.
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, well-organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
* Good hotel/IT systems knowledge and ability.
